How To Claim The Cor-Vital Satisfaction Guarantee

All Cor-Vital Products come with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.   

  1. If you ordered on Amazon and if your order is still within 30 days of receipt of your order:
    • You can initiate a refund or exchange through Amazon by logging into your Order Details or by calling 1 (888) 280-4331. 
  1. If you ordered on our website, corvitalhealth.com and if your order is still within 30 days of receipt of your order, to order a new replacement product:
    •  Please email [email protected] and have information available regarding the order number and the problem you have encountered with the order.
    • Once your Guarantee is verified, you will need to cut the product in half and send a photo of the damaged product to [email protected].
    • Place a new order on our website and send us the new order ID and we will refund you the amount of the order.

You must submit your Guarantee request within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase.
